2. We are not responsible for any loss/damage to any photos that you upload to Mypicx.com
3. You are liable for everything you upload here on Mypicx.com
4. Pornography, nudity, sexual images and any kind offensive images are prohibited. Copyrighted material are also strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to decide appropriate content and can delete images at any time without User notification.
5. Users must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Images that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If someone has an infringement claim against you, you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, Mypicx.com is under no obligation to become involved.
6. Mypicx.com is not liable for your images or any lost business due to the unavailability or loss of the website. We make no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your images. In other note: Back up your photos locally!
7. Do not use Mypicx.com to commit fraud such as uploading photos you don't own then posting it to websites such as ebay, craigslist, kijiji etc.. If you are being defrauded and the suspect is using our website to host images, we cannot help to track down the suspect. We don't track down IP Address, Locations etc. All we can do is delete the photos.
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated
Please contact us with the following informations:
- Link/Url of the offending photo(s)
- A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site with enough details
- Your contact informations
We will delete the file(s) reported within 48 hours upon recieving your request.
